Wan Lee Metal Works Ltd. is the first company under the Chile Group specializing in steel processing, established in Hong Kong in 1973.

Following China's reform and opening-up, most manufacturers gradually moved their operations to South China. To provide customers with nearby raw material supply services, the company established a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, Wan Lee Metal Works(Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., in Gongming Town, Shenzhen, near the border with Dongguan, in 1994.

Due to the group's strategic development plan, the Shenzhen facility was relocated to Tangxia Town, Dongguan, in January 2022, where Wanlee Metal Works (DongGuan) Co.,Ltd. was established.

For many years, the company has been engaged in steel coil processing, mastering a one-stop service experience covering material storage, production, packaging, and logistics. To meet customers' increasingly stringent requirements, the company has continuously upgraded its equipment, earning trust and widespread acclaim in quality, delivery, and after-sales service. Long-term, stable partnerships have been established with most clients, many of whom have collaborated with us for over 20 or even 30 years.

Since China's reform and opening-up in the late 1970s, Wanlee Metal has been a strategic partner of Mitsui & Co. in South China. We place great emphasis on our relationships with raw material suppliers, maintaining close cooperation over the years with major steel producers such as Nisshin Steel and Nippon Steel in Japan, as well as POSCO in South Korea. Today, we have become a key distributor for Nippon Steel, POSCO, and other steel manufacturers in South China. Additionally, in response to customer needs, we have established strong partnerships with several leading domestic steel mills, providing a solid foundation for our stable growth.
