Chiling Steel Limited, formerly known as Chiling Limited, is an industry leader specializing in steel trading and processing. Founded in 1966, the company is now headquartered in the Causeway Bay commercial district of Hong Kong, China.

To meet customer demands, Chiling Group invested in the establishment of Wan Lee Metal Works Ltd. in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, in 1973. The company primarily engages in the processing of steel coils, with a factory area of approximately 2,000 square meters. Equipped with multiple high-precision slitting machines from Japan and Taiwan, as well as automatic flying shear machines, the facility has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons, providing comprehensive services for steel coil and sheet buyers.

Following China's reform and opening-up, most manufacturers gradually moved their operations to South China. To support customer production needs, Chiling Group fully invested in the establishment of Wan Lee Metal Works(Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. in Gongming Town, Shenzhen, Guangdong, in 1994. The factory covers a total area of approximately 25,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of about 100,000 tons, offering end-to-end steel procurement services for customers in South China.

Due to the strategic development plan of the group, Wan Lee Metal Works(Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. was renamed Hongzhan Steel Processing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and relocated to Tangxia Town, Dongguan, in January 2022, where Wanlee Metal Works (DongGuan) CO.,LTD. was established.

As the group's business continued to expand, Chiling Group founded Chiling Architectural Metal Limited in Hong Kong in June 2000. The company specializes in engineering design, technical consulting, and the processing of high-quality decorative metal materials and construction steel, serving clients both domestically and internationally.

In May 2003, Chiling Group entered into a long-term strategic partnership with Flex Group and invested in the establishment of Zhuhai Sanli Steel Service Centre Limited . in Doumen, Zhuhai, the same year. The company provides specialized raw material processing services for Flex Zhuhai, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons.
